NWT Brooks Brothers solid periwinkle light blue dress size 10 preppy classic. The fabric is high quality thick almost like a scuba. The dress cut is very flattering as the seem lined contour the body in a very feminine way. The color is a warm tinted blue or tinted periwinkle. It is solid color although the photos look ombre ( it was the lighting) it is a solid color.  It has a slight purple to it. This would look excellent on a spring coloring women.
